On Wednesday evening, August 30, 2017 ultra-runner John Kelly joined the DC Capital Striders trail run in partnership with VA Happy Trails Running Club. John's sponsors, La Sportiva, Hammer Nutrition and Ultimate Direction also provided swag and goodies for the attendees. John talked about his experience as only the 15th finisher of the Barkley Marathons in Frozen Head State park in Tennessee.
