DCCS: Going the Extra Mile!

Welcome to the DC Capital Striders! We are a community of runners mainly in Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland. We believe in running in a supportive, non-competitive environment; supporting the environment; raising money for national and local charities; and volunteering at community races.

We provide weekly group runs all around the Washington DC region led by knowledgeable group hosts, two charity running events each year, information on running events in the community, and opportunity to meet and make new running buddies.
